On the 2^nd of July 2009 State Council Presidium Meeting on Improving Energy Efficiency of the Russian Economy under the Сhair of the President of the Russian Federation was held in Arkhangelsk. In the framework of this Meeting was organized a specialized exhibition on energy saving and energy efficiencies (from the1^st to 2^nd of July).

In the framework of the exhibition Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation and Federal agency for science and innovations organized complex exposition. The delegation was leaded by Andrej Fursenko (Minister of education and science of the Russian Federation). Federal agency for science and innovation was presented by Boris Reutov.

Main exhibition goal was to demonstrate energy and resources efficiency solution in innovative development in the economy.

The exhibition had the special importance for energy efficiency policy realisation in Russia. During this event leading Russian organisations have exchanged their experience, presented their researches and demonstrated the importance and prospect of energy efficiency introduction in the economy.
